Barracuda Sata

Is a Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 200GB Hard Drive IDE or SATA or What?!?
I am not sure what kind of hdd I have, how do I figure it out?
There is a model number on the drive that starts with ST, find it and type in the model number in the search box provided on Seagate’s home page at:
http://www.seagate.com/
Enter the model there and click Search, the next page will show you interface type for that drive, etc.
