HARD DRIVES

I am builing a PC and I found out that my Western Digital Caviar RE WD2500YD 250GB is raid is that a prob.?

I read that it can be raid or sata but i am only using it and no other HDD.. Someone wrote something about TLER and I need to know if i need to turn it off or not…

Unless it’s in a raid array,TLER isn’t a factor and shouldn’t be used.If you can turn it off,do it,although I’ve read WD says you can’t on some drives.
