What kind of laptop should I get?

I want to get a laptop with the swivel screen and digital pen features, but my mother would only ever allow us to have Dells, but Dell does not have that kind of laptop. I like the Toshiba Protege 400-4034 but is it really a good computer? Do you know of any other brands that have good swivel screens?

I like Toshiba. It is great.
