How do I transfer PS3 data using a 2.5″ drive enclosure?
I bought an Antec 2.5″ hard drive enclosure to transfer my movies, games, and other data from my old PS3 hard drive to my new one but my lap top will not recognize the drive since its a different partition. The PS3 doesn’t seem to recognize it either.
The ps3 encrypts the content on the hdd so I laptop with windows can`t read the data. So just format the drive and use it for something else. And if you put it back into the ps3 will not help bc it will tell you to format, they are this cruel so that people don`t even try it. Or even worst you could have for-example upgraded your hdd and given your old hdd with games that you have paid for, virtually for free.
