Do I need a fire extinguisher, spare bulbs and a first aid kit to drive in France ?

I want to drive in franc with my uK car – do I need the above ?

Spare bulbs, triangle, and a yellow vest or jacket for each person travelling kept inside the car. You must also have all the right paperwork.
