DANE-ELEC USB portable memory 1gb?

I have a dane-elec 1gb thumb drive and i copy songs on it to transfer to my ps3. But when i go to sync or load them up onto my ps3 it says no tracks found?

It has to be formatted in fat32. And the songs must be in a folder named “MUSIC” in caps.same goes for VIDEO.
