My dell inspiron mini laptop touch keypad mouse keeps freezing?
I recently bought a dell inspiron mini laptop and the touch mouse keypad just freezes at random times and I really need it to run smoothly or I need to take it back. Is this a really common or un-common problem? Should I return it and buy a new one? Anything helps me, additional info would be great.
I have one and the same problems occurr on mine where the mouse will get stuck for a few moments and then free up again. sometime the mouse jumps too every few minutes. I’m not sure if the hardware is faulty for the entire production line of the touchpads or if this is isolated to a few units only. its a bit frustrating. You can also call dell and try their tech support if you do like the rest of the computer and they can replace the touchpad. or you can return and go buy something without the headaches… up to you… good luck. mine is past the return date. I would also try going to the download page on dell and updating the touchpad drivers as that might help improve or remove that issue.
