Lenovo Thinkserver

I purchased a Lenovo IBM OEM Windows Server 2008 and I want to install that on a bare bone server how can I?

I bought Windows Server 2008 Foundation but it is a Lenovo IBM THINKserver disc and I want to install it on a custom build server that is non-ibm lenovo. How can I do it?
