Can you use another laptop’s hard drive to back up ur notebook’s drives?

if so, what kinda cable do u use to link the 2 computers?

you can get a 2.5in hard drive enclosure, which turns the laptop hard drive into an external hard drive which connects via USB. Best Buy carries them.

if you want to just buy a cable, you can get a 2.5in ide to usb cable, which will be cheaper, but is not as durable. CompUSA carries those.
