worth me getting an ssd?

so i do video editing mainly i have western digital 1TB 7200rpm and im thinkin on a OCZ Vertex 3 120GB would it make a difference im not botherd about gaming i never do it apart from ps3

faster is always better, 500GB for my netbook only $1,000 with battery backup

with all the newer software sucking up RAM and CPU, where do you think the CPU will go when the RAM is used up?
