My new “My Passport Elite”?

well i just bought a new my passport elite external harddrive and its not working, im using it on an older machine, the problem im having is that its not being found on the computer, we’ve tried it on the laptop i am using now and it works fine… any help?

You need to install the correct drivers.
If your older pc is XP or older, head over to the western digital site and download the drivers.
Else run windows update.
