pocket size portable cd recorder (ac and dc)?

I am looking for a pocket size portable cd recorder/player (dc and ac) for audio signal recrding. Where can I find a low price unit as described above.
solid state micro cassette can be used, but, I have lot of audio cassettes which I want to record on cd also. Thanks

Why does it have to be CD, why not solid state, be smaller, or micro cassette?
