What kind motherboard?

I want to have real nice graphics and I want to be able to fully use the vista aero interface. I see motherboards at $90 and some at $200 with the same features (dual channel memory, quad capability, memory running at 800mhz, etc.) Does the video chipset on the motherboard make a major difference in graphics? Is there much difference between the 975x express chipset and the p35 express chipset? Could my pc still have good graphics with cheaper motherboards?

First the onboard video is of no concern as no gamer uses onboard video, they use a PCI Express video card.

At this time Intel has the fastest processors.
