None of the information above will help. Its easy to do yourself. Unclip the tabs on each end of the set and pull it straight out (you may have to lightly rock it back and fourth from tab to tab to unseat it). You need to write down the numbers on the RAM set itself and run them in a Internet search looking for something like “RAM with ****** numbers ” and see if you can find it. Most RAM sets will have the manufacturer on the somewhere in big letters and this will make it easier to find out exactly what you are using-shouldn’t be very difficult. Worse case take it to a “Office” store and see if they can match it up with something similar. Most of these places carry what you are looking for and with the anticipation of a sale they will be more than happy to help you out.
