Gaming Computer Set up?

Hey guys feel free to make suggestions or changes to this com that I’m about to get. – I really need some more info before I finally get this rig set up. Thanks ^ – ^

Onboard Sound -i dont need great sound to play! -I always use my headphones!!!
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows XP Home -Im not interested in DX 10 at the moment so i dont need vista and besides almost all games can run on XP.
Network Card:
Killer NIC Gaming Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

In my opinion, the configuration is fine. you can go for it.
