Scsi Hitachi

Weird Hard disk, what is it?
I have a Hitachi HDP725050GLA SCSI, okay, I know that SCSI is a type of bus that has it’s own communication specification but it is said to have a SATA transfer. I thought SATA is strictly a type of connector, but yet it says SCSI? So which is it? Why exactly does it say that?
Well if it has a sata connector, then it’s a sata drive, why not look at the ports on the drive, and compare them to images easily obtained online of what a sata connecting cable looks like…
