hdd bad sectors less than 0,5% from HDD capacity?
hey there.i have a 160GB hdd seagate baracuda wich aparently is working bad…has bad sectors i think..it gives data redundancy checks..shows up errors on scandisk..etc..
in the waranty they say that they dont give waranty for HDD`s in wich bad sectors represent less than 0.5% from the HDD size(160GB).
how do i find out if i can get the warranty or not ?
i have the document at home..but thats what it sais in it..I`m not from US
