Ssd Ocz

Is OCZ a trusted, good quality SSD brand?
I have heard Intel make good ones because they last a long time compared to other brands (guaranteed 5 years). I think Kingston is fairly decent too. OCZ is cheap and seems popular but I haven’t heard anything about it.
OCZ is a relatively new and small company but they are one of the major players in the SSD game already. Despite being dwarfed by Intel (who you rightly identify as also a player in this sector) and Samsung, OCZ does nonetheless make good quality products and their customer service is really phenomenal as well. Check out the reviews of SSD drives made by OCZ on newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=636&name=SSD) – their reviews are generally spot on.
As far as the Samsung suggestion someone else made is concerned – I have never had good luck with them. I find they always make great sounding cutting edge products that then disappoint me once I actually use them.
My recommendation is to go with something highly rated on newegg made by Intel or OCZ….
