On the 1-10 scale you asked for, that setup is definitely a solid 8 to 8.5.
You’re got a fast CPU, capable video card and quality brand parts all around.
You should be able to play any game you want with most/all of the eye candy cranked up to maximum.
The only thing I can see that would get you any more performance would be to go SLI or upgrade to a faster card.
