1.8″ 160GB 5400rpm PATA/ZIF drive?

Is there a 1.8″ 160GB 5400rpm PATA/ZIF drive?

I have a Samsung HS122JC in my Dell D430 12″ laptop. The HS122JC is 1.8″ 120GB 5400rpm PATA/ZIF. I see that 160GB 1.8″ PATA/ZIF drives are available that look a bit slower — 4200rpm, slightly slower seek times etc. Does a 160GB exist that won’t be slower?

Also — is 160GB the largest capacity for 1.8″ 5400rpm PATA/ZIF?

I’ve never seen a 1.8″ 160GB 5400rpm PATA/ZIF drive. If you need more storage, and might get stuck with a 4200rpm drive anyway, how about a Toshiba 240GB? : )

Although they aren’t cheap. About 200 bucks for a refurb on ebay, and new ones even more.
